Founded in 2007 as a small forging workshop serving the local bicycle parts market, Huatuchang has grown into a key supplier of precision forgings in South China. After achieving ISO certification in 2012, the company rapidly expanded its capabilities. By 2023, it operates 11 forging lines (300–1600 tons), 45 CNC machining centers, and 20 CNC lathes. Today, with over 120 employees and an annual output of 30 million parts, we are recognized as a national high-tech enterprise offering integrated forging, CNC machining, and surface treatment solutions to global industrial clients.

Huatuchang invested in a small factory in Shenzhen (2,000 m²), equipped with one hydraulic press and four stamping machines, starting bicycle stamping parts production.
January 2009:
Established a CNC precision machining department, purchasing five 3-axis CNC milling machines and three CNC lathes. Expanded factory area to 9,000 m² to offer forging and CNC machining services.
March 2010:
Created a dedicated quality control department with tools like 2D imaging testers, height gauges, and hardness testers.
May 2011:
Added two 630-ton forging machines.
August 2011: Founded a design and R&D team to develop foldable electric scooter stems. December 2011: Collaborated with Yinsanhuan, a bicycle manufacturer, on forging projects.
March 2013:
Partnered with Yadea Electric Scooter on projects.
August 2013:
Received a national patent for the electric scooter stem design and set up a dedicated assembly line.
March 2018: Added one 600-ton Taiwan-made precision forging machine, two 630-ton forging machines, and 10 CNC machining centers.
July 2018: Partnered with Xiaomi for electric scooter parts production, achieving a monthly output of 50,000 units.
August 2021: Installed a new 1,000-ton forging production line.
December 2021: Collaborated with Hesheng New Energy (Hoshion) on aluminum battery casing parts for electric vehicles.
Added a 1,600-ton forging production line, expanding total factory area to 15,000 m². Partnered with Everwin Precision Technology (EWPT) on automotive projects.
Passed the IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System.
Add a new 800-ton hydraulic press production line.
